I will hold fond memories of Merlin, collected over the last 30-40 years through the football connection. A true Gentleman in every sense of the word, Merlin always had time to have a chat wherever we met. Albeit at Southern League meetings in Bournemouth, Jewson League matches, FA Vase matches involving Town and AFC Sudbury. Merlin loved following his Clubs across the Country - north, south, West Country, midlands and the east.
